ELSS Fabrication and Supply
In addition to the Electrical/Pneumatic , and SCADA Control systems, design, manufacture, install and commissioning services, ELSS can also provide its own propriety designs for select fabrication works and approved equipment supply. Some, but not all, of these items include: skimmer vessels, from 300 cubic meters an hour to 15 cubic meters an hour. All vessels are manufactured under strict ELSS Quality Control to ASTM standards, and are tested with certificate and warranties, at our designated factory in Istanbul ,Turkey, and can be shipped World Wide duty free. These tried and tested skimmers are the best performers, in the business , for value as well as , superior sea water skimming process, simple to operate and maintain, and have been placed in numerous projects world wide. ELSS can provide custom configurations upon request and requirements. Ozone injection equipment and ultra violet sterilizers is supplied by TRIOGEN™ to ELSS specifications, and can be supply only or installed by our factory trained technicians. Ozone injectors are manufactured from Kynar™ by Mazzei, and offers superior long term performance. ELSS can provide automated valves, manual Valves, Large pipe and fittings and Valves, in various complete packages anywhere world wide.
Ozone assemblies, Ozone injection pumps, return pumps, process instruments, can also be provided, from our designated Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM's), to ELSS specifications. ELSS can manufacture and supply, biological filter vessels of various standard sizes and custom sizes, ozone off gas destructors, and quarantine tanks, and complete turnkey systems of various sizes to suit all needs. All of these items have outstanding performance, have been tried, tested, and used exclusively on our own projects for years.
ELSS is now offering these items as a supply only item to select customers only. All of these items are commercial quality and guaranteed. Please note all items are made to order and allow 3-4 weeks ready ex-works after secure of order. We do not post prices on the internet. Each supply and configuration is different, and quotes are based on the application and requests. Since we are constant process to approve all the ELSS products, designs and prices are subject to change without notice to allow us to continue to approve all the products we supply, however presently these are only slight changes. Presently all Vessels are manufactured in ELSS blue, other colors can be applied upon request and nominal color change fee.
