Orca Ocean Project, Loro Parque
Tenerife, Spain.
In July 2005, ELSS Engineering Ltd was awarded the contract to design, manufacture, test and commission all of the Electrical Control Systems/Panels associated with the new Killer Whale project at Loro Parque, Tenerife Spain.
This particular project is one of, if not, the, largest Aquatic project happening anywhere in the world at present. So, as you can imagine competition during the tendering stages was very tough.

Horniman Museum, London (Marine Tech Ltd)
ELSS Engineering Ltd designed and manufactured 2no Ozone Monitoring and control panels for our client Marine Tech Ltd.
Research Labourites, Hull University (Marine Tech Ltd)
ELSS Engineering Ltd designed and manufactured a control system to increase and stabilise the temperature of in-coming fresh water before it was introduced to the fresh water LSS.
Loch Lomond Shores Aquarium, ( Aquarium Technology Ltd )
Our Scope of Works on this project included :-
1. Design of control systems for 2no Sea water and 2no Fresh water LSS
2. Manufacture of 2no PLC panels to control all 4 systems
3. On-site electrical installation, testing and final commissioning.
Research Labourites, Scarborough University ( Marine Tech Ltd)
For this project, we had to design a system that controlled a tidal tank. Tidal patterns had to be time controlled to enable the University to carry out research on seaweed.
