Siam Park, Tenerife, Spain.

Jan 2007 see's ELSS Engineering Ltd being awarded the contract to Design, Manufacture, Install, Test and Commission all of the Electrical and Pneumatic Control systems for the entire Water Filtration Systems and Aquatic Life Support Systems (LSS) for Siam Park, Tenerife. This is a "Green Field" site with a huge Aquatic Theme Park spread over a surface area of ??m2 currently being constructed. Total water volume for this massive project amounts to an impressive 25,000m3. Filtration equipment will be spread over six Plantrooms, each having a series of Variable Speed Drives, Pneumatics and a Main Central Control Panel with a 17" Touch Screen PC capable of communicating with each of the other 5 Plantrooms, the CCR and Loro Parque at the opposite end of the island.

Our cope of works include, but are not limited to the following;

• Design, Manufacture, Test/Commission 6no Main Control Panels, all panels c/w full SCADA package, touch screen PC and various analogue and digital IO
• Design, manufacture, Test/Commission 42no VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Panels, Ranging in size from 1.5Kw to 18.5kw
• Design, manufacture, Test/Commission 8no Pneumatic Control Panels capible of controlling a total of 180no Actuated Valves
• Design and write Software for the control of 45no Pressurised Sand Filters to be Backwashed Automatically.
• Supply of 2no Desktop PC each having a full SCADA Package
• Design and Production of all AutoCAD drawings detailing all "Mains" cabling Schematics

This project will be the largest of its kind in all of the Canaries.
